How about the drawing analysis of embossed carrier tape?

W: It is the original belt width. The original embossed carrier tape width of our company is 12mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 44mm, 56mm, 72mm, 88mm and other specifications

A0: it indicates the left and right distance in the forming groove, and the tolerance is required to be within ± 0.1mm

B0: refers to the distance between the top and bottom of the forming groove. The tolerance is required to be within ± 0.1mm. If A0 and B0 are not within the tolerance, the customer’s workpiece will not be placed or sucked out, and the workpiece will shake too much

K0: is the depth of the forming groove, that is, the distance between the bottom of the forming groove and the surface of the original belt. If K0 is too deep, the product will shake up and down and the product will not suck out. If K0 is too shallow, the convex part of the product will be higher than the surface of the original belt, resulting in the failure of the upper belt to bond or the product top breaks the upper belt and the upper belt falls off. The tolerance of K0 is required to be ± 0.1mm —embossed carrier tape

K1: it is the convex part at the bottom of the forming groove, which is intended to eliminate and assist the deficiency of K0

P: Is the distance between the centers of the left and right forming grooves

F: Is the vertical distance from the center of the upper row of holes to the center of the forming groove. If the tolerance is exceeded, the workpiece will not be positioned when it is placed and absorbed, resulting in the detection and shutdown of the packaging machine. The dimensional tolerance of F is ± 0.1mm, the F value of 12mm bandwidth is 5.5mm ± 0.1, 16mm is 7.5mm ± 0.1, 24mm is 11.5mm ± 0.1, 32mm is 14.2mm ± 0.1, 44mm is 20.2mm ± 0.15, 56mm is 26.2mm ± 0.15 and 72mm is 34.2mm ± 0.15—embossed carrier tape
