Based on the tape cavity depth T2 (Figures 1 & 2) or the cavity pitch P1 (Figures 1 & 2), the

following must be considered as part of the procurement documents and quotation requests as

applicable:

(a) If T2 (Figure 1 & Table 1) exceeds 6.5 mm for 16 mm or 24 mm wide tape, the tape may

not feed through all tape feeders

(b) If T2 (Figure 2 & Table 1) exceeds 10.1 mm for 32 mm, 44 mm or 56 mm wide tape, the

tape may not feed through all tape feeders

(c) If the cavity pitch P1 (Figure 1 and Table 1) is less than 12 mm for 24 mm wide tape, the

tape may not index properly in all tape feeders

(d) If the cavity pitch P1 (Figure 2 and Table 1) is less than 16 mm for 32 mm wide tape, or

less than 24 mm for 44 mm wide tape, or less than 40 mm for 56 mm wide tape, the tape

may not index properly in all tape feeders
