The carrier tape product certification and quotation shall include the following information:

A. The adopted standard is indicated by name and number

b. The quality requirements of the belt must include the limit parameters of the components

c. Identification requirements of container and reel (including bar code if necessary) and reel diameter

d. Transportation conditions, storage conditions and time—carrier tape

e. The weight of the assembly that the reel can hold Note: a heavy reel may not work properly on all production lines Similarly, the components contained in the reel may exceed the limit weight lifted by workers in production—carrier tape
