The packaging system

consists of carrier tape, the tape reels and cover tape.

The carrier tape is not only a form of packaging, it is also an excellent way of feeding and positioning components during assembly processes.

Carrier tapes

Our carrier tapes are manufactured in PC, PS material. They are also available in anti-static or conductive versions. The tapes are available in widths of 8 to 104 mm. The thickness depends on the tape design, the cavity and customer-specific requirements.

Reels

We manufacture reels by injection moulding. They are made of polystyrene in different sizes and designs. By request we can also produce them in anti-static or conductive versions.

Cover tapes

The matching cover tapes are available in standard or anti-static versions for cold gluing or hot sealing.
