Barb, heating mark, convex (eccentric), burr, scratch and deformation shall be the main control, and other appearance defects shall be the secondary control.
(1) The barb is mainly based on the trial assembly of parts, which is acceptable without affecting the trial assembly of parts.
(2) The heating trace shall not coincide with the sealing and welding joint of the upper belt, and shall not protrude from the surface of the material belt.
(3) The burr at the hole position shall not fall on the hole position or block the hole position.
(4) The surface or side of the material belt shall not be scratched and turn white.

Therefore, in the inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, we should pay special attention to the above problems, and pick out the unqualified products, so as to ensure the quality of finished products
