2. Calculation formula for number of pieces and meters

(1) Number of packages per roll = (winding area ÷ (K0 + T) ÷ P) * 0.9
(2) Number of meters wound per roll = (number of pieces packed per roll * P) ÷ 1000 + 1
(3) Winding area = π R2 – π R2
(4) The commonly used disc has an outer diameter of 13 “and an inner diameter of 100, so the winding area is 77677
(5) Number of packages per roll = (77677 ÷ (K0 + T) ÷ P) * 0.9

3. Determination of relevant dimensions of carrier belt

(1) The p value is a multiple of 4 and is 2mm larger than the maximum size of parts in the same direction.
(2) K0 is the maximum dimension of parts in the same direction plus 0.30mm.
(3) T is the thickness of the carrier belt, usually 0.40mm or 0.50mm. The larger the value of T, the thicker the load band.
