1、 Do a good job in machine sanitation to prevent dust or sundries on the machine, which are easy to stick to the belt;

2、 During the production of the carrier belt, the leather material passes through the guide rail of the carrier belt forming machine. During the punching die groove, there may be scraping of the material belt and ash rising, especially when the punching die and the guide rails at both ends are not in a straight line, black ash can be seen at the edge of the punching die groove. Therefore, pay attention to improving the die with burrs when adjusting the machine;

3、 Before the machine produces the belt, pay attention to check whether there are sundries, dust or burrs in the lower leather, because sometimes the leather itself is of poor quality and this problem will occur if it is not cut well;

4、 After the tape is produced, pay more attention to whether the tape will be stained with ash under special circumstances.

5、 In the company’s warehouse, it is generally sealed and packaged for storage, which is not a big problem, but if there are special circumstances, there will be ash accumulation on the carrier.

6、 Customers on the other side should also do all aspects of belt protection, such as warehouse belt or sanitation of workshop and packaging machine.
