First switch the touch screen control to the manual interface, and then check whether the manual tape cutting can cut the belt; If not, the following aspects shall be achieved:

1. Check whether the cutter is stuck or inflexible, or whether the cutter cylinder is broken. Turn off the air source in the machine and discharge the air inside. The cutter state requires that the cutter can slide freely up and down, and the fixing screws between the cylinder and the cutter cannot be too loose.

2. Check whether the cutter button independently controlled by the solenoid valve can brake the belt cutting; If the cutter is stuck and the solenoid valve is broken, the cutting tape cannot be braked.

3. The machine is powered off and restarted, the modulus is reduced, and the continuity of automatic tape cutting is tested.

4. Some machines need to adjust the cutter position by increasing or decreasing nuts, which is easy to deform the cutter fixing (lock). Generally, it is fixed with two screws. The loose one needs to be tightened. It is best to make a sliding mechanical adjustment.

5. If the above adjustments are not ideal, the cutting time can be increased as the lower limit parameter of thermal die.
