Carrier Tape loading formula of rubber reel winding

For example, wrap 5730 with a 7-inch plastic Reel

5730:W=12MM AO=3.25±0.10 BO=5.95±0.10 KO=1.15±0.1 T=0.23±0.05 P1=4

Large circle area = 3.14 × (large circle radius) 2

=3.14 × (7 inches) × 25.4÷2)2

≈24816

Small circle area = 2000 (fixed value)

Formula = (large circle area – small circle area) ÷ 1000 ÷ (KO + T) × zero point nine

=(24816-2000)÷1000÷(1.15+0.23) × zero point nine

=14.8M

The inch here refers to the inch. One inch is equal to 25.4 mm.

Winding meters of 7-inch rubber disc

22.3÷(KO+T) × zero point nine

Winding meters of 8-inch rubber disc

29.4÷(KO+T) × zero point nine

Winding meters of 13 inch rubber disc

77.486÷(KO+T) × zero point nine

Winding meters of 15 inch rubber disc

105.354÷(KO+T) × zero point nine

Calculation method for the number of meters of tape carrier wound by rubber disc

7-inch rubber disc

21797÷(P1 × K0) × 0.8 = number of pieces

(number of pieces) × P1) ÷ 1000 + 0.6m = number of meters of winding tape

15 inch rubber disc

77676÷(P1 × K0) × 0.8 = number of pieces

(number of pieces) × P1) ÷ 1000 + 0.6m = number of meters of winding tape

22 inch rubber disc winding 5730

5730:W=12MM AO=3.25±0.10 BO=5.95±0.10 KO=1.15±0.1 T=0.23±0.05 P1=4

twenty-two × 25.4 = 558 (diameter)

558.8 ÷ 2 = 279.4 (radius)

Circle area = π R2 = π × radius × radius

=31.4 × two hundred and seventy-nine × two hundred and seventy-nine

=244420

Circular area – axial area = 244420-8000 = 236420

236420÷(KO+T) × 0.9÷1000

236420÷(1.15+0.23) × 0.9÷1000

=154M

R=89 r=25

(πR2-πr2)÷1000÷(KO+T) × 0.9+1

(3.14*89*89-3.14*25*25) ÷1000÷(KO+T) × 0.9+1
