Problems needing attention during the installation of carrier tape tension testing machine

 

The carrier tape tension testing machine is the electronic tension testing machine. During the installation of the electronic tension testing machine, pay attention to the following aspects:

1. It shall be installed in a clean, dry and uniform temperature house. At the same time, the possibility of long beam bending test on the machine and the possibility of using mirror extensometer shall be considered. Therefore, sufficient spare area shall be reserved around the testing machine.

2. When installing the electronic tension test body and dynamometer, only make the general foundation according to the foundation drawing, and leave the anchor screw hole for pouring.

3. To find the level of the main body of the testing machine, put the level gauge on the outer circle of the oil cylinder, find the level according to the vertical and horizontal positions of the base and the horizontal direction, find ± 1 grid with a level gauge with an accuracy of 0.10/1000 mm, and add a sizing block under the base to adjust if it is not normal.

4. There are two holes on the top of the dynamometer for threading steel wire rope during reinstallation.

5. The level of the dynamometer is very important. When finding the level, align the left side of the swing rod with the scribed line of the standard line plate to keep it still, and then lean against the large surface of the upper part of the swing rod with a bending ruler and put a 0.1/1000mm level on the bending ruler to find ± 2 grid. When it is wrong, add a sizing block under the base, and both the pendulum thallium and the pointer without hanging the pendulum thallium must be aligned with the zero point.

6. The electronic tensile testing machine will open the iron door above the back of the dynamometer to check whether the wire of the small wire hammer is wound in the groove of the coaxial pinion of the pointer. The length of the wire rope should be appropriate, not too long or too short. The limit is that the longest can not touch the diaphragm, and the shortest is that the pinion rotates for one cycle, and the aging hammer will not touch the pinion. When installing the electronic tensile testing machine, attention should be paid to the details, focusing on the interconnection of various parts. In addition, the installation skills should be carefully understood before the installation of the electronic tensile testing machine.
