The sealing crack of the carrier tape is caused by the mismatch between the carrier tape and the cover tape. The general raw materials of carrier tape are PC, PS, ABS, etc., while the general basic material of cover tape is PET. Due to the incompatibility between the material of the carrier tape and the material of the cover tape due to the different chemical composition or melting point, it is naturally not easy to adhere, or the situation of too tight and too loose will also form the bonding stripping, which is too light or too heavy, and can not meet the stripping requirements of the cover tape.

In order to meet the compatibility between the cover tape  and the carrier tape and achieve a certain effect, it is necessary to infiltrate chemical additives or combine with some chemical materials in the manufacture of the cover tape.
