All prices are relatively cheaper (not a rubber disc, but the total amount). However, the safety is not as good as that of single-layer belt, and it is vulnerable to the influence of machinery and equipment when in use, such as unstable tension and uneven running speed of the machine.

The download belt may slip or loose the tape. Of course, it doesn’t matter under normal circumstances.

The reason why heavy or expensive products are not suitable for multi-layer packaging is that multi-layer carrier tapes are easily squeezed together. If they are too heavy, they may cause damage to the carrier tapes.

If they are too expensive, it will be bad if the products are extruded and deformed.
