If we need to manufacture deep pockets, we need to use thicker materials.

Polystyrene (PS) is basically used as carrier, but we also use polycarbonate (PC), styrene alloy (SA) and amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (APET).

The materials used are specially formulated to provide more stable bonding strength and stable surface resistance.

In our process, we ensure high-precision size and clear pocket design, so as to facilitate the smooth use of high-speed braiding and patch equipment.
