4. After the production of carrier tape, pay attention to whether it will be stained with ash stains under special circumstances.

5. The warehouse is generally sealed and packed, so it is not a big problem, but there are special circumstances that will also cause dust accumulation on the carrier belt

6. The household shall also do a good job in the protection of the carrier belt, such as the storage carrier belt or the sanitation of the packaging machine and workshop.

In addition, the embossed belt greatly reduces paper scraps, fluff and dust, and improves the stability of picking and mounting. The reduction of fluff and dust can not only avoid the defects of the welds of ultra-small components, but also prevent the blockage of the cavity and improve the picking efficiency.
