How to solve the problem of carrier tape jam during tape braiding

Generally, the causes of tape jam and runout during tape loading and pasting are in the following two forms:

1. When the assembly is used by the loading electronic equipment of the full-automatic tape wrapping machine, if it cannot be used normally, and the belt has been removed from the guide gear, and the gear idles without load. The main reason is that the E and F of the carrier belt are offset or out of the allowable range. Because the weaving movement of the carrier belt is to wind the carrier on the guide gear, the carrier belt guide hole drives the upper gear to make the carrier belt work. If it is not worn, or although it is not worn close enough, it is easy to fall off. This usually occurs in products with relatively limited carrier B0. Such as LED carrier products.

2. During the normal operation of the tape wrapping machine, although the gear is loaded, the belt cannot be moved, or the driver is not in place, resulting in the belt breaking, or when loading components on the tape braiding machine, the components and pockets cannot be aligned, resulting in the damage and breaking between the belt carrying pockets. The main reason is that the positioning sealing block of the tape wrapping machine is smaller than the external width of the carrier belt in B0 direction.

 

When the carrier belt passes through the positioning groove of the sealing block, the negative result is too tight, the carrier belt material is too thick and the shape is irregular, so it is not easy to pass through the tensioning mechanism of each knitting machine. As a result, the guide gear belt does not move the carrier belt, or the position to be moved is insufficient, so that the carrier bag cannot reach the component loading position. The spine was damaged and then broken. The method to solve this problem is very simple.

 

As long as paper articles are used and both sides of the pressure block positioning block are slightly sealed, the carrier belt can pass without load, or the mold can be changed within the allowable range to reduce the problem of B0 direction.
