What is Carrier tape splicing device for connecting carrier tape

The splicing device of the carrier cuts off the rear end of one carrier tape and the front end of the other carrier belt, so that the cutting section of one carrier belt and the cutting surface of the other carrier tape face the top (contact state) is composed of the way that the splicing belt connects the two carriers.

When the carrier ta[e on both sides are butted, the rear end of one side of the carrier belt and the front end of the other side of the carrier belt are cut off in such a way that the spacing of feed holes is not staggered between the two carrier belts.

however, through the cutting by the cutter, rough edges may be generated between the cutting section of the carrier belt on the top and the cutting section of the carrier belt on the other side. Thus, after making the cut-off of the carrier belts face the top, the spacing of the feed holes may be staggered between the two carrier belts, and poor conveying of the carrier belt may occur on the belt feeder.
