How about embossed carrier tape

 

In the embossed carrier tape manufacturing device, the part of the base resin tape forming the embossed part is cooled by heat transfer to the rotary metal mold and cold air from the cooler.

 

Then, the shape of the above part is fixed. The embossed carrier tape manufacturing device is provided with an auxiliary roller. The auxiliary roller prevents the cooled base resin belt from demoulding from the rotary metal mold.

The seat skin material is formed by giving an embossing pattern to the surface of the long strip material. The manufacturing method has the process of pressing the long strip. In this process, the long strip passes between the embossing roll and the plane roll.

The embossing roller is provided with a plurality of forming parts protruding from the base surface. When the long strip passes between the embossing roll and the plane roll, the surface layer, the inner layer and the buffer material are thermally bonded to each other by heating and pressing the forming part. Further, both the embossing roller and the plane roller are heated, so the surface layer and the inner layer are thermally bonded with the buffer material.

 

The buffer material becomes a state in which the thermally bonded part is compressed. A concave part is formed on the surface side of the seat skin material by heating and pressing the forming part. A recess is formed at a position corresponding to the recess of the surface layer on the inner side of the seat skin material. Through embossing processing, a seat skin material with the following embossing pattern is formed. The embossing pattern is a pattern in which a plurality of recesses are formed on each surface of the surface layer and the inner layer
