Tri-Laminate Polycarbonate (PC) carrier tape is a specially modified static dissipative polycarbonate material, offering excellent strength and high precision formability.

For high-speed taping applications this material offers the same strength, protection and performance as homogeneous polycarbonate material, but at a lower cost. Additionally, for high precision applications requiring sharp pocket features and flat pocket bottoms, like bare die, this material provides superior formability and strength.

Anti-static polystyrene carrier tape is designed to provide excellent protection to static sensitive components.

Its excellent anti-static qualities are inherent in the product and permanent, not a coating.

The material’s high transparency enables in-pocket part inspection, while its uniform surface texture provides a consistently flat sealing area.

This special polystyrene offers exceptional strength and stability over time and temperature variations while maintaining flexibility.
