First, lower the temperature;

Second, lower the pressure;

Third, if the temperature and pressure are lowered, this problem indicates that it is a problem with the upper cover tape

In addition, to solve this problem, the customer can also try the following methods: adjust the temperature to 180-190. If the sealing viscosity of the belt on the carrier belt is too strong, it means that the temperature is high, then adjust the temperature to 150-160. If there are similar problems, it means that the carrier tape is thin and needs to be thickened.
