The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:

firstly, a new design using permanent magnet synchronous motor as the main drive of SMD belt forming machine is proposed to complete the hardware design of the system. It solves the problems of low product precision and low output caused by using the cylinder stop as the belt drawing power of SMD belt loading forming machine.

 

Secondly, the control schemes of various permanent magnet synchronous motors are analyzed and compared, the servo motion control system based on PLC is selected, and the software and hardware design of the control system is completed.

 

Finally, PLC and HMI man-machine interface programs are designed, which can guide and monitor the operation of the whole control system, facilitate the operator to set and save the control parameters corresponding to different specifications of materials on the touch screen, display various equipment fault information and solutions, make the operation more convenient, and greatly save the debugging time of fault handling and changing specifications and varieties, Meet the requirements of modern SMD belt carrying forming machine.
