Generally, the cover tape is a PET film or adhesive film layer, and there is adhesive at the bottom of the film. It is designed to use either hot pressing glue or just pressure to ensure continuous sealing of the charging belt. The film thickness, including glue, is 50 ~ 65 microns

Component direction: the direction of components in the loading belt is specified by eia-783 standard. The standard narrative direction rules must be followed in order, unless there is no other change:

one        The axis with the largest element shape shall be perpendicular to the belt length direction (Fig. 5).

two        The packaging edge containing the first terminal shall be oriented towards the circular gear hole (Fig. 6).
