How about the Individual and cumulative tolerances of pitch
As shown in the figure:
W: Indicates the width of the carrier belt. Generally: 12mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 44mm, 56mm, etc
T: Indicates that the thickness of the material belt is generally 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm
0.5mm, etc
A0: indicates the length of the bottom of the carrier slot. Determined by the size of the part
B0: indicates the width of the bottom of the carrier slot. Determined by the size of the part
D: Indicates the diameter of a positive circular hole. Its value is 1.5mm
D1: diameter of center hole. 1.5mm below 32mm and above 32mm
2.0mm
D2: diameter of elliptical hole. 1.75MM*1.55MM
E: Indicates the distance from the horizontal bisector of the positive circular hole to the upper boundary.
Fixed size: 1.75mm
F: Indicates the distance from the horizontal bisector of the positive circular hole to the B0 bisector. By bandwidth
The decisions are: 5.5mm, 7.5mm, 11.5mm, 14.2mm, 20.2mm and 26.2mm respectively
K0: indicates the depth of the slot. Determined by the thickness of the part
K1: indicates the first level depth of the slot
P0: refers to the distance between the vertical bisectors of two adjacent side holes of the punching die joint.
Fixed value: 4.0mm
P: Distance between two adjacent slots A0 bisector.
P2: indicates the distance from the A0 bisector of the slot to the vertical bisector of the adjacent side holes on both sides.
Fixed value: 2.0mm
