How about the requirements in the carrier tape hole

A. The long side of the product shape is set as the belt width to avoid acupoint deformation when carrying belt and material;
B. The convex hull of the carrier belt is designed according to the product needs, and the gap between the convex hull and the product surface is between 0 ~ 0.1 mm. When adjusting the machine, the convex hull of the carrier belt is opposite to the suction nozzle of the machine. During adsorption, the product is placed on the convex hull surface of the carrier belt to prevent product deformation during production;
C. The carrier belt shall be designed with bumps or stiffeners according to the needs of the product. The height of the bumps shall be between the top surface of the product and the top surface of the carrier belt. The length / width of the bumps shall be 1.5mm ~ 3.0mm away from the product retaining wall;
D. A gap of 0.1mm ~ 0.2mm shall be placed between the bottom of the product and the bottom of the carrier belt to avoid interference between the product and the carrier belt;
E. According to the length / width of the product, place a 0.2 mm gap on one side in the carrier hole;
F. All the planes in the length / width direction in the carrier hole are inclined planes, and the inclined plane and the bottom surface are about 95 °;
G. When we load our products, the carrier belt is led out clockwise, with a round hole on the right and an elliptical hole on the left;
H. The top surface of the carrier belt shall be higher than the top surface of the product, and its height reference is as follows:
a. The width of the carrier belt is between 12mm and 24mm, H = 0.5mm
b. The width of the carrier belt is between 32mm and 44mm, H = 0.8mm
c. The width of the carrier belt is 56mm, H = more than 1.2mm
d. The width of the carrier belt is 72mm, H = more than 1.5mm
